Two Months

One beautiful Saturday, April the 9th to be exact, Jason dropped us off here at TCH for some IV Lasix.  Two months later here we are still!  Oh well.  She is still cute and beautiful and my sweet Bella.

I have started calling Home Health Agencies – ugh.  Hard to tell on the phone who will be good.  Thankfully I have a friend who guided me to what questions to ask.  It helps that she’s been there.

Bella is still doing well!  Thank goodness!  Her pulmonologist said we need to keep her healthy.  Absolutely, getting sick is always such a huge set back for her.  She continues on her Nitric wean – so far so good!  She had OT and PT today.  We ordered a Kid Kart (red with black trim, in case you were wondering :)  ) and a bath chair.  Since she is still so little, she’ll be able to use them for years.  The Kid Kart, for example, goes up to 65 pounds.  At our current 11 pounds, we will be able to use it for a while.  My hope is that she doesn’t need any of these things by then.  Here’s to Hope!

She was medically cleared to taste lollipops – yum!

She really seems to like sitting up.  :)

Oh what beautiful photos! She is a gem...an amazing gem! I hope you find a good home health company. We had to choose too for Preslie's IV therapy from her big infection and thankfully we choose right...her nurse is still our good friend today! Best wishes and prayers for you and that sweet little girl!
